In most cases, suppliers will work with you to agree a repayment plan. If you are vulnerable, additional protections may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you're worried about disconnection or debt.
Yes. If you are in financial hardship, you may be eligible for emergency support, including: Fuel vouchers (where available). Emergency credit from your supplier. Support through charitable funds. Advice on topping up and managing your meter. Eligibility depends on your circumstances.
If you heat your home using: Heating oil LPG Coal Bottled gas Biomass you may be eligible for off-grid fuel support if you're experiencing financial hardship and meet the eligibility criteria.
The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service offered by energy suppliers for customers who may need extra support. You may qualify if you: Are over State Pension age. Have a disability or long-term health condition. Have young children. Need medical equipment that relies on electricity. Are considered vulnerable for another reason. We can help you register.
