At Carmarthenshire Citizens Advice, we provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to anyone who needs our support. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, which is why we offer a range of ways to access our services.

Our email service is available at any time. While you can contact us whenever it's convenient, we respond to enquiries during our normal office hours. We aim to reply to all emails and contact forms within 3 working days, although responses may take longer during busy periods.

Whether your issue is big or small, we'll do our best to help. Some enquiries can be resolved straight away, while others may require more detailed advice. If needed, we'll arrange an appointment with one of our specialist advisers.

When you contact us, we'll ask you a few questions to understand your situation and ensure you receive the most appropriate support.
