Welcome to Carmarthenshire Citizens Advice, where our focus is on our clients as individuals.

We promise to give you Free, Confidential, Impartial, Independent and Accountable information and advice. We also value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination AND we aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect their lives.

Carmarthenshire Citizens Advice is an independent, not-for-profit charity, supported by a range of different partners, specialist staff and trained volunteers without whom we would not be able to offer the quality service we do.

We are a member of the Citizens Advice network which provides an extensive online information system used to advise clients and also sets the standards of advice, training, and equal opportunities found within Carmarthenshire CA and Centers across England and Wales.

Thank you so much for supporting and advocating for me throughout this process . As I’ve said often , this would have been impossible for me to achieve alone especially whilst I’ve been beset with such severe mental health challenges

We understand your situation could be stressful and you might be frustrated - but our staff have the right to do their jobs without being treated badly

Call Charges

Citizens Advice will not charge you to call our national phone service or consumer helpline, however your service provider might do.
