Low uptake on social tariffs for mobiles and broadband.

If you are in receipt of income-based benefits you may be able to get a social tariff (lower rate) from your mobile or broadband provider.  This will save you money, which is helpful for those of us on a tight budget.  You can look for social broadband/phone tariffs here: Social tariffs: Cheaper broadband and phone packages - Ofcom

Or speak to your provider, they are usually happy to help.
